This guarantee is offered by McCluskey Ultra Art Enterprises.
Here are the terms and conditions for the Company's guarantee.
1. For original fine art paintings, which were painted by Tom McCluskey, the 100% guarantee covers the period from the date of
purchase or the date the art work was received by the purchaser, - for one (1) year.
2. If for any reason the buyer of record may request a refund of the full purchase price, including taxes, shipping, handling and postage and return shipping/postage.
3. The art work has to be in good condition; should have not been displayed in direct sunlight. In addition, water, smoke, extreme high or low temperatures/humidity which could cause damage
and would void this guarantee.
4. If the owner's insurance policy covers any damage (water, fire, smoke) this company's guarantee would be mute.
5. The owner can ask for a full refund, or apply the refund towards another art work, or not. No questions asked.
McCluskey Ultra Art Enterprises will also guarantee any size Giclee prints, under the same terms and conditions as noted above.
Note: This 100% guarantee policy will be in effect from the launch of McCluskey Ultra Art website for the next twelve months,
or until the policy has been revised, or revoked.
This Guarantee will be honored for one year from purchase date. (despite any revisions which may, or may not, be made)
